Gel plate printing is a monoprinting technique using a plate made from gelatine.

Monoprinting Artists normally use a glass plate and a print press, but with a gel plate you can create your own beautiful and unique artwork on paper, card or fabric at home without expensive tools.

The Gel plate supplied is a geniune GelliArts® plate (GellPress® for 6x6" upgrade) - it is double sided, and can be reused over and over again, and is stored at room temperature.

1x (5x5”) Gel plate in protective plastic sheeting - remove one side when printmaking and replace after use (Option to upgrade to 6"x6" GelPress or 8x10" plate on checkout - note with 8x10 it will come outside the presentation box)

6x 10ml tins of acrylic paint

2 x 10ml bottles of thin flow acrylic paint

2x A5 acetate sheets to use as palette

All contained in a sturdy reusable kraft box with origional monoprint (made using my gel plate), handprinted by me
