Shipping Policy
Every item is arefully packed and shipped in appropriate packaging to protect it during transit.
FOR UK CUSTOMERS
All kit and printing supply orders will be sent by Royal Mail Tracked 48. Other items will be sent by Royal Mail untracked.
IMPORTANT SHIPPING AND VAT INFO FOR EU CUSTOMERS:
All goods imported to the EU are now subject to new VAT regulations.

After the Brexit transition arrangement ended on June 30th 2021 the VAT exemption for the importation of goods to the EU not exceeding €22 has been removed. This means that for goods shipped to EU countries there is a chance that the courier/postal delivery service will charge you a "handling" fee and VAT before they hand the parcel over to you.
Return & Exchange Policy
Standard Order can be cancelled prior to dispatch (normally within 3 days).
Commission work cannot be cancelled once agreed.

Returns are accepted up to 30 days from dispatch, buyer is responsible for the tracked postage to return the item.
Please contact me if you have problems with your order and get in contact if your item arrives damaged and a replacement will be provided.
