A: Submerge Art ships all printing kits and materials directly from our Cornwall studio using reliable courier services to ensure timely and secure delivery. Normally all kits are sent Royal Mail Tracked 48 and are dispatched the next working day. There is an option to upgrade to Tracked 24 Orders are carefully packaged to protect the printing kits and delicate supplies during transit. We offer tracked shipping so customers can monitor their orders from dispatch to arrival. Standard shipping times typically range from 2 to 3 business days within the UK, with international shipping options available via our ETSY shop that may take longer depending on destination. Customers will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once their order has been dispatched. Our shipping process is designed to maintain the quality and uniqueness of our products while providing a smooth experience for customers eager to begin their creative projects.

Submerge Art accepts returns of unused and unopened printing kits and materials within 14 days of delivery. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect. Refunds are processed within 7 business days after the returned items are received and inspected.

If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact Submerge Art within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. Submerge Art will arrange for a replacement or a full refund, including return shipping costs.
